Meet the Founder of the Foundations of Brilliance Program
Bernard Percy
Founder
For over 50 years Bernard has been an educator, author, international speaker and consultant. He has traveled over two million miles to over 35 countries working with thousands of individuals, including students, educators, adults and organizations understand how to find and pursue their career, educational or organizational purposes and dreams.

Meet the Executive Team
Olga Geneva is the representative of Career Solutions, Inc and a consultant for the Foundations of Brilliance program. She specializes in delivering the program for the Russian speaking world. Olga has worked with Bernard Percy for over 14 years and had delivered her own consultations as well as working with Bernard as a translator at seminars and during personal career and business consultations. She is an experienced trainer of other consultants around the world and has helped to edit the delivery documentations of the Foundations of Brilliance program. Among her other activities Olga is an English-Russian translator and an English teacher. Olga delivers the program both in person and online.

Klaus “Bello” Bellmann is our Chief Training & Recruitment Officer. He has been a representative of the Foundations of Brilliance in Germany and Denmark since the beginning of our program, more than 15 years ago, but has also given about 250 consultations and trained consultants including the current national representatives in England, France, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands, and Norway. He has been personally trained and appointed by Bernard Percy. Bello speaks German, English, and Danish fluently, translated all the FOB training materials into German and Danish, and trains and coaches in all 3 languages.
