This involves establishing a Corporate Culture that embodies your vision of the way your organization should operate. We help you establish that corporate culture, which, in turn, will help you determine the right employees to hire.
Administrative Basics
A successful organization has official documents, in writing, that are used as guides for the various aspects of the company. This can include company-wide policies, staff training materials, written job descriptions, guides, etc. We will help you establish what documents you need for your company’s success.
Business Plan
A well and professionally written Business Plan includes your organizational goals, purposes, and how you are going to achieve those objectives. It is literally your road map to success. In working with you, we ensure that there is a plan for every important aspect of the business with consecutive steps that are programmed including dates each of those steps should be achieved, and who in the organization is responsible to see that they happen as planned.
Organizational Chart
Does everyone in your organization know the chain of command, or do they just have a loose idea that they fit somewhere in the organization? A well-designed Organizational Chart that each employee can see is a template you can use to see who is part of your group, what each member’s functions are, and where everyone stands in the “pecking order” of the organization. Without even a rudimentary Organizational Chart there is additional confusion that is added to an employee’s life. Strong, well-run organizations have such charts.
Strategic Sales & Marketing Plan
Most organizations know where they want to get to within the next one or five years. If you want to succeed and win as expected, you’ve got to have a very specific and well thought out Sales & Marketing Plan. Having such a plan is the first step of ensuring that you achieve the growth that you intend. The second step is seeing that the well laid out Sales & Marketing Plan gets systematically executed.
